PROJECT HOME

Welcome to PROJECT HOME!

PROJECT HOME is the fundraising arm that helps us to raise money to BUY OUR BUILDING and have a PERMANENT CHURCH HOME.

HOME. It’s a special place. A foundational place. A place where we all feel welcome. A place from which we BUILD. When we first set foot through the doors of our current location, we knew we had found our church HOME. Each Sunday, Wednesday and special occasion, when we greet each other at the doors, we know we are in the place that GOD has set aside for us to do HIS work. In 2017, we set the foundation. It is now time for us to raise the walls. It is time for us make this home PERMANENT.

Our Project Home Goal for 2018 is $400,000. To get there, we need 100% participation from each of you. It takes all of us to BUILD. Your donation to Project Home will not only help to build our PERMANENT HOME, it will work to bless your church family and will leave a legacy for GOD to do his work in our community. Imagine your gift, hard at work, years after you are gone, providing light for those in darkness, providing a place for GOD to awaken dry bones. Imagine having the flexibility to serve the needs of the church forever, to accommodate the ministry ways that we’ve never been able to before. Your contribution to Project Home paves the way for us to do that. No matter the size of your bank account, your gift is significant and very needed. GOD blesses a cheerful giver; as you bless your church, you, too, will blessed!

Thank you for supporting Project Home. Everything we do is made possible because of the prayer and support of people just like you. See below for a few relevant excerpts from God’s Word on giving and how it applies to PROJECT HOME.

Love, Pastor Chris

Is this giving separate from tithes and offering?

Yes. To accomplish the goal, your pledge should be an amount beyond your regular tithes. Project Home is an additional initiative beyond our normal operating outreach expenses.

Tithes and offerings are part of God’s system of finances. It’s a system that’s completely different from the world’s, because it’s there to help you prosper! Tithe simply means a “tenth.” To tithe is to give 10 percent of your gross income to the Lord. It may seem illogical that giving 10 percent of your income leads to prosperity, but Malachi 3:10-12 explains:

“Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field...And all nations shall call you blessed: for you shall be a delightsome land.”

God considers the tithe crucial to your financial success.

Offerings differ from tithes in that they are free-will gifts. It is a gift beyond your tithe—not instead of your tithe.

What are some creative ways to increase my giving?

What if I can only give a small amount to Project Home?

“Participation is better than observation.” Your heart is what matters most! If 1000 people gave $400 toward Project Home, we would reach our goal this year! For you, that could mean giving $10 a week (if you start on April 1, 2018 for 40 weeks). All amount matters.
